CEO

After completing medical school at University of California, San Diego, he continued his medical training with a surgical residency at Duke University Medical Center.  Wanting to further his understanding of all aspects of the aesthetic industry, he achieved an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. 

He is a member of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, and the California Society for Facial Plastic Surgery.  His interest in the aesthetic industry has led him to serve on several committees for the American Academy of Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery including Quality Improvement and Patient Safety, Industry Relations and Engagement, and Emerging Technologies.  He also currently serves as treasurer for the California Society of Facial Plastic Surgery and has a seat on their Board of Directors

In addition to his busy private practice, he founded Pacific Clinical Innovations in 2024, a dedicated research site in Vista, CA

President

Jeanette Poehler is a seasoned clinical research and aesthetics executive with over 20 years of experience spanning clinical operations, strategic growth, and practice management. She has successfully completed over 50 clinical trials across aesthetics and dermatology. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Riverside and continued specialized research training at the University of California, San Diego. She holds dual certifications from the Association of Clinical Research Professionals in Clinical Research Coordination and Project Management.

As President and Co-Founder of Pacific Clinical Innovations, Jeanette leads a high-performing research site focused on advancing innovation in aesthetics and dermatology. She is recognized for her expertise in site operations, clinical trial execution, and the integration of technology to improve efficiency and reduce site burden. Under her leadership, Moradi MD was named “Top Research Center” by Aesthetic Everything.

Jeanette is an active speaker and thought leader in the industry, frequently presenting on clinical research operations, site optimization, and practice management. She has presented at the Global Aesthetics Conference, International Master Course on Aging Science (IMCAS), and the IMCAS World Congress, and has served as a panelist at OCTANE and the Society of Clinical Research Sites Global Site Solutions Summit.

She is passionate about elevating the role of the clinical research site and advocating for more unified, site-centric technology solutions. Outside of her professional work, Jeanette enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, and loves cooking, traveling, and exploring new experiences.

Clinical Site Manager

Joceline De Leon is currently the Associate Director of Clinical Research at Pacific Clinical Innovations. She joined Dr. Moradi’s team in the summer of 2015 as the front office coordinator. With her eagerness to grow, she began assisting the Research Department and realized she had found her purpose in patient care as Clinical Research Coordinator.

Since joining the Research Department, she has earned a degree in Sociology. She takes pride in project planning and ensuring that study protocols and regulatory requirements are followed. Joceline is very passionate and strives to support every member of the research team.

She takes great joy in making memories with her husband and son during her time off as she holds family very dear to her.
